**On undersubscription:** If the cohort closes with fewer than 30 participants, the unused portion of the reward pool will be **returned to the treasury**. Unallocated funds will remain under DAO governance and will not be redistributed among active participants or carried forward.

**On reward denomination:** The reward pool is fixed in **HPP token terms**. There is no USD floor price mechanism or automatic price-adjustment trigger in place for Cohort 1. Participants opt into this program with full awareness of token price variability.
