1. Purpose

This document defines the expected standards of behavior within the HPP Forum, as well as the moderation principles applied to maintain a constructive and transparent discussion environment.

The HPP Forum is a governance-oriented space.
All participation should contribute to meaningful discussion and ecosystem development.

2. Community Principles

All participants are expected to follow these core principles:

  • Constructive Participation

    • Discussions should aim to improve ideas, not dismiss them without reasoning

  • Clarity and Relevance

    • Posts should be clear, structured, and relevant to the topic

  • Respectful Communication

    • Personal attacks, harassment, or inflammatory language are not permitted

  • Good Faith Engagement

    • Participants should act with the intention of contributing to the ecosystem

3. Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are not permitted within the HPP Forum:

  • Spam and Promotional Content

    • Unsolicited advertisements, repetitive content, or irrelevant links

  • Low-Quality or Disruptive Posts

    • Meaningless, excessively repetitive, or non-substantive contributions

  • Harassment and Abuse

    • Personal attacks, hate speech, or targeted hostility

  • Misinformation

    • Intentionally misleading or false information that may harm the ecosystem

  • Manipulative Behavior

    • Attempts to artificially influence discussions or outcomes

4. Moderation Principles

Moderation within the HPP Forum is guided by the following principles:

  • Minimal Intervention

    • Moderation is applied only when necessary

  • Transparency

    • Actions taken by moderators should be explainable and consistent

  • Proportionality

    • Responses are based on the severity and frequency of violations

  • Neutrality

    • Moderation does not favor specific opinions or positions

Moderators may take the following actions when necessary:

  • Content Warning

    • Request for clarification, revision, or improvement

  • Post Editing or Removal

    • Removal of content that violates community rules

  • Temporary Restriction

    • Temporary limitation of posting privileges

  • Account Suspension

    • Applied in cases of repeated or severe violations

5. Closing Note

The HPP Forum is part of the governance process.

Disruptive or manipulative behavior that interferes with governance discussions may be treated with higher severity.

Maintaining the integrity of governance discussions is a priority.

The effectiveness of HPP governance depends on the quality of its discussions.

All participants share responsibility in maintaining a productive and respectful environment.
