On undersubscription: If the cohort closes with fewer than 30 participants, the unused portion of the reward pool will be returned to the treasury. Unallocated funds will remain under DAO governance and will not be redistributed among active participants or carried forward.
On reward denomination: The reward pool is fixed in HPP token terms. There is no USD floor price mechanism or automatic price-adjustment trigger in place for Cohort 1. Participants opt into this program with full awareness of token price variability.
